VAULTSHEETS

Refund Policy

Last updated: June 2026

The Vault Pass is a recurring annual membership that begins with a paid trial. This policy explains how the trial works, when refunds are available, and how to request one.

1. How the 1-day trial works

When you start the Vault Pass, you are charged $2.70 USD today for 1 day of full access to the VaultSheets template vault. Your annual membership fee of $27.00 USD is then automatically charged 1 day later, and once per year on the same date going forward — until you cancel.

2. Cancel before the annual charge

You may cancel at any time before the 1-day trial ends to avoid the $27.00 annual charge. The $2.70 trial fee is non-refundable, because you received full vault access during the trial period. To cancel during the trial, email us at the address below — we will end your membership immediately and confirm no further charges.

3. Annual renewal refunds

If your $27.00 annual fee was just charged and you no longer want access, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date by emailing us. Refunds outside that window are at our discretion. Cancellation after the renewal date ends auto-renewal but does not by itself trigger a refund.

4. Technical issues

If a template fails to open, is corrupted, or the vault link is broken, contact us — we will fix it or replace it at no charge regardless of how long ago you paid.

5. How to request a refund or cancel

Email support@vaultsheets.com with:

Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. Refunds are processed within 2 business days and arrive at your card within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

6. Chargebacks

If you do not recognise a charge from us, please email us first — we will identify the transaction and refund it directly, which is faster than filing a dispute. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in your membership being revoked permanently.
