Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of VaultSheets (the "Site") and any membership or digital products you purchase from us. By using the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The product
The Vault Pass is an annual membership that gives you access to all current and future VaultSheets templates, delivered as Google Sheets links inside a shared Drive folder ("the Vault"). You may copy templates to your own Drive and use them under the licence described below.
2. Trial and recurring billing
The Vault Pass begins with a $2.70 USD 1-day paid trial. After 1 day, your card is automatically charged the annual fee of $27.00 USD and once per year on the same date thereafter, until you cancel. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. License — what you can do
For as long as your membership is active, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to:
- Copy templates from the Vault to your own Google Drive.
- Use templates for your personal or internal business use.
- Modify templates to fit your workflow.
4. License — what you cannot do
- Resell, redistribute, or share the templates themselves (whether free or for money).
- Share the Vault link or your access credentials with non-members.
- Publish our templates publicly, including on Pinterest, GitHub, or template-sharing platforms.
- Use our brand, name, or instructional copy in your own products.
All templates remain the intellectual property of VaultSheets. Violation of this license may result in revoked membership and legal action.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Checkout is handled by Whop, which uses Stripe as its underlying card processor. Charges appear on your statement as "Whop" or "VaultSheets".
6. Cancellation
You may cancel any time by emailing support@vaultsheets.com. Cancellations requested during the 1-day trial take effect immediately and you will not be charged the annual fee. Cancellations requested after the annual charge has been made stop auto-renewal at the end of the current paid period; the current period itself is not pro-rated unless covered by our Refund policy.
7. Refunds
See our Refund policy for full details on trial refunds, annual renewal refund window, and technical issues.
8. Delivery and access
You will be redirected to a thank-you page immediately after checkout, with a link to your Vault. A receipt with the same access information is also emailed to you. If you cannot locate your delivery, check your spam folder, then contact us.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to break any law.
- Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Site's security.
- Use automated tools to scrape, download, or distribute Vault contents.
- Misuse refunds or chargebacks (e.g. filing a dispute after copying templates and using them).
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected immediately, or that the Site is free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. VaultSheets templates are productivity and finance tools — they are not investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Site or any membership will not exceed the amount you paid for the current annual period giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VaultSheets is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be settled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
